Founded in Seville in 1973 by two brothers, Jerónimo and Vicente Martín, originally from Mercadillo, Ávila, when they were just 20 and 17 years old, they were soon joined by their younger brothers, Julio and Justo, becoming one of the leading groups in the sector today.

They currently have more than 183 establishments in over 70 locations in Andalusia and Extremadura, operating under seven brands: Supermercados MAS, MAS&Go, CASH FRESH, SanTomás, ALTRIGO, Catering San Tomás, and Mökai, and employing more than 3,800 people.
