The retail brand most trusted by Portuguese people!

MODELO HIPERMERCADOS CONTINENTE, S.A. (SONAE MC) was the first hypermarket chain in Portugal and remains the benchmark in the Portuguese food retail sector. In 1985, when we opened the first hypermarket and revolutionized consumer habits, our goal was to create a brand that would meet all of our customers' needs. We want to remain a national benchmark, providing a more diverse offering of the best products at the best prices, to provide a more personalized service to our customers.
